First we thoroughly clean and de-grease the article to be sprayed. The we apply the primer to seal any cracks or imperfections on the surface

Next the basecoat is applied evenly across the surface before heating to 60ºC. The spray is then applied and left over night before a further cure at 60ºC for 1 hour.

After the pre-activator, the activator is applied.

The chrome is then sprayed with the dual head spray gun. Once everything is evenly coated, we wash with water and then re-work until we have a deep chrome lustre.

We then spray with antioxide to protect the surface and prevent oxidation and UV degradation.

Lastly, a blast of air is used to remove all of the rinse water which may contain traces of chemicals that could create a burn. We then blow making sure all the water is removed.

Once all of the parts are chromed and baked, they receive a clear topcoat which various tints can be applied to.
